the anatomy is stunning, especially the toes.
the roots gives the image a surreal meaning since they're both above and below the "grave", and makes a contrast to the square bricks.
it makes me think of a dream, but i can't decide if it's a bad dream or just dreamish in the way dreams often are just strange. it's still an awesome picture.
